Paul’s Northwest Salsa June 25, 2010

This is from one of my northwestern friends, Paul. He is one of the best
chefs out there, and this recipe is worth all of the chopping. You chop
now!
Ingredients:
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1 bunch green onions
- 7 to 10 jalapenos
- 2 small cans of green chiles
- 1 14 ounce can of tomato sauce
- 1 14 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
- 5 tomatoes
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- White pepper (to taste)
- Red crushed chiles (to taste)
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Oregano (to taste)
- Cilantro (to taste)
Directions:
Chop all of the above ingredients up to the consistency you want. Stir in the spices. Eat it. You will enjoy.
Serve with chilled Duck Farts while smoking brown cigarellos and listening to Too Slim and the Taildraggers. Enjoy!
